I have spent quite a bit of time working with Weather Central and WSI TruVu Max graphics systems. For almost 8 years at NBC29 I worked on a Weather Central system. While at NH1 News, I oversaw the installation of WSI TruVu Max and had my first opportunity to work with this system. I was learning a new system all while building graphics from scratch, many of which were not based on templates from previous systems. When I returned to NBC29, the station had just switched to WSI and had a very basic set of graphics products. Using what I learned from NH1, and continuing to broaden my knowledge of Max's capabilities, I enhanced/customized several graphics and created a wide variety of new graphics. Many of these graphics you will see below. All graphics below are WSI TruVu Max. For the Lakes, Beach, Mountains, and Viewer Submitted Photos graphics at the bottom, those actually fly back and forth, zoom in and out, etc. from various locations. For the Live Cameras graphic that you'll find in the middle of this grouping, if you touch one of the cameras, the scene launch feature will pop out a time-lapse of that camera.
